Circular in view of Office Orders issued by ASDMA

In reference to the terms of the order vide no. ASDMA.24/2020Pt-2/241 dated 12-05-2021, issued by the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA)

and in continuation to our office circular issued from time to time, the following shall come into force with effect from 13th May, 2021 for 15 days.

1. All Departments/ Laboratories/Sections/Cells of the Institute will remain closed for 15 days.

2. All HoD's / Head of Sections/Deans may carry out the urgent and time bound work with the support staff.

3.All essential and emergency services of the Institute will continue to function as per earlier notices/ circular.

4. In case of any emergency work, HoD's /HoS/Deans can take decisions to call an employee to the office with an intimation to the Registrar.

5. All employees should be available on telephones / electronic means of communications at all times and perform their duties from home .

All are advised to strictly adhere to Covid -19 protocols viz., maintaining social distancing,wearing of mask,frequent sanitizing of hands etc as per Assam Govt./ Govt. of India regulations.
